The light lifts off the lake
The pink mountains show themselves
In the morning glow I see no
reason why I can’t climb to the top of this earth
Breathe deep
feel a little bit lighter, a whole lot taller
perspective offers a smile
getting closer to the sky
looking back at the miles
the mountains ask me to walk
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself, with me
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself
toe the edge of the cliff
ask the wisdom of the Hills to set me free...
myself as me as twig to tree
I drink up wild water like wine
spark at the fires
lie among small flowers
and reach a bit higher each time
I walk beside myself
holding hands with my heart
my brain kites above
there’s nothing like love
to break you and set you free
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself, with me
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself
wash free these pieces
and let them collect downstream
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself, with me
Walkin by myself
Walkin by myself, with me

"ask the wisdom of the Hills to set me free"
beautiful and clever reference!
i'd like to hear this in song.
let's talk again before winter sets in.
